Tactical Force One accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization. You must contact Tactical Force One and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back.

Returns sent without an RMA number will be rejected.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unused and unaltered
• In original packaging with all accessories and documentation

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Ammunition
• Body armor and protective equipment
• Optics, night vision, and thermal devices
• In ear hearing protection and hygiene related items
• Hazardous materials
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Return Shipping and Fees

For non defective returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees may apply on a case by case basis depending on the product and condition of the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify Tactical Force One within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage or errors within this timeframe may result in the return being denied.

When an error is confirmed, Tactical Force One will provide instructions and cover return shipping for the affected items.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
